Zumba : Marilennis (In Studio)

Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. Zumba class is an hour long. It begins with a dynamic warm-up and ends with a cool down and some static stretching. While many of the dance moves instructors use are pre-choreographed by Zumba, instructors often add their own flair, dance steps or even create an entirely new routine to their favorite songs.
