Indoor cycling is a low-impact high intensity cardio workout. Cycling also works your core and lower body muscles (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves & shins).One of my favorite aspects of indoor cycling is that participants are in control of their own intensity & speed–so indoor cycling is for all levels of fitness.

“My goal is to design classes that are energetic, fun & challenging. I love integrating a wide variety of musical genres into class profiles. The music and cues motivate you as we ride through a variety of “terrain”. We will climb up hills, sprint through flats and work through drills that will test your strength and endurance.
