Indoor cycling with Julian is a low-impact high intensity cardio workout. Cycling also works your core and lower body muscles (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves & shins). One of his favorite aspects of indoor cycling is that participants are in control of their own intensity & speed–so indoor cycling is for all levels of fitness.
