Sprint is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a bike. It’s 30 minutes of work where the goal is to get your heart rate up to 85% of it’s maximum for at least 20 minutes of the class. Sprint begins with a warm-up track to get your ready for several Tracks of hard work and ends with a cool down track and some stretching.

Students should come prepared to max out all the work efforts to get the full benefit of the High-Intensity Training!
