Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. A flow practice that’s lighthearted in spirit, strong on alignment and breathing. Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.
Karen Papanicolas has a track record of successful teaching in Yoga and has been teaching people of all ages for over three decades. She is a Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level, and CPR Certified.
