Jill Moot teaches “a slower paced” Hatha-based Vinyasa style of yoga that is a fitness-inspired program designed to build strength, flexibility and improve overall balance. Her goal for participants is to lead a safe yet fun practice, where they feel better both mentally and physically by the end of the class.
