Natty and Kevin Ko are Instructor Duo teaching “Zumba Fusion”, a mixture of dance exercise – Zumba, Zumba Toning, MixxedFit, and LaBlast Fitness in one hour class.
- Zumba – is a fun dance fitness that uses Latin and international music. A total cardio workout with alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training.
- Zumba Toning – is Zumba with using toning sticks or 1-2 lbs dumbbells to focus on muscle groups while dancing, get your muscle toned and stay fit.
- MixxedFit – is people-inspired fitness program. Moves are exaggerated, repetitive and easy to follow.
- LaBlast Fitness – is a partner-free ballroom dance styles with pop and rock to hip-hop and country music.
Students from their class should expect a fun dance workout with constant movement and step changes in various dance routines give participants the effective way to build muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, and stay fit. It’s a great class for all fitness level with/without dance experience.
