GET A SMART START AT MORFIT GYM

At MORFIT, we provide an all-in-one experience for our members. Each member is set-up for success with the MORFIT SMART START program. Our SMART Start provides everything you need to get started towards your health and fitness goals in an intelligent way. SMART Start includes a personal fitness assessment, customized six week written training program and 2 FREE thirty minute personal training sessions.

Personalized Fitness Assessment 

MORFIT provides all members with an Annual Personalized Fitness Assessment with personalized diet and nutrition recommendations. This assessment is designed to assess your current health and starts the process for the creation of your fitness program.

6-Week Written Custom Workout and Training Program

  • Youth Strength and Condition
  • Senior Flexibility and Balance
  • Sports Specific Conditioning
  • Women’s Condition and Glute Development
  • Men’s Strength and Conditioning 

Two –  30 Minute introductory personal training sessions. These two free sessions are designed to familiarize you with the program and ensure you understand all the movement and are using the proper form and weight. We want all of our members to be set-up for success.

MORFIT Gym is a boutique fitness gym serving the Gaithersburg, Darnestown and Potomac Community. We have what you need to get the results you want and the body you deserve. At MorFIT, we aim to provide an all-in-one experience for our members. Each studio within the gym has been developed with the specific needs of our community in mind. We employ only the most experienced and accredited trainers ready to help turn fitness goals into milestones.
