Getting started on your journey at MorFIT Gym is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for you to use. All classes are open to MorFIT Gym Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class, you can purchase a class pass. Begin your yoga practice with a series of varied asanas each week to develop relaxation, flexibility, balance and strength. We then will do a series of yoga asanas in a flow sequence that challenge balance and focus, followed by a few standing yoga postures to build balance and ease. Finish off your practice back on the mat, lengthening and easing into total relaxation.

For any of you that have not yet experienced our lineage, here is a little explanation for clearing up any confusion. This is a faster-paced, vinyasa class that connects one breath to one movement. We build 3 dynamic sequences together, we go through each a couple of times while building, then you will have the chance to flow on your own through each sequence for a period of time, while I crank up the music.
This will better your listening skills, which leads to memorizing the sequences that can get a bit tricky at times. This will give you an opportunity to be completely present with your breath. It’s not about perfecting the postures and getting it all right, it’s really just about being so present with your breath and feel your body, and by repeating the postures on your own as your free flow, it’ll become more of moving meditation.
FULL BODY HIIT WITH SHADIA
HIIT class / High-Intensity Interval Training A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.
Zumba workout with Carol combines fun, high-energy dance moves with more traditional exercises like squats and arm curls. Throughout the routine, moves are performed to upbeat music selections, including merengue, salsa, mambo, flamenco, and hip-hop. The tempo alternates between slow and fast and most classes begin with a warm-up session and finish with a cool-down period. No experience is needed to join.

Natty and Kevin Ko are Instructor Duo teaching “Zumba Fusion”, a mixture of dance exercise – Zumba, Zumba Toning, MixxedFit, and LaBlast Fitness in one hour class.
- Zumba – is a fun dance fitness that uses Latin and international music. A total cardio workout with alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training.
- Zumba Toning – is Zumba with using toning sticks or 1-2 lbs dumbbells to focus on muscle groups while dancing, get your muscle toned and stay fit.
- MixxedFit – is people-inspired fitness program. Moves are exaggerated, repetitive and easy to follow.
- LaBlast Fitness – is a partner-free ballroom dance styles with pop and rock to hip-hop and country music.
Students from their class should expect a fun dance workout with constant movement and step changes in various dance routines give participants the effective way to build muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, and stay fit. It’s a great class for all fitness level with/without dance experience.
