Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. Gentle Yoga with Melanie is a class for students who are new to yoga or who prefer a slower-paced class that combines strengthening and stretching. Focus is on body awareness, alignment principles, moving with the breath, and an introduction to Yoga philosophy.
Melanie Psaltakis is a Certified AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor and Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), with over 2500 teaching hours. She’s also completed the 100-hour YogaFit Warrior Program (trauma sensitive specialty) and 108-hour Anusara Yoga Immersion Program.
Indoor Cycling with Angie is a high energy workout on a stationary bike to awesome music for all fitness levels. Motivate the riders through hills, sprints and jumps on the bike.
Angie Pledger is a Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor and Certified Kickboxing Instructor. Students from her class can expect great music, lots of energy, heart pounding music, lots of fun.
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. A flow practice that’s lighthearted in spirit, strong on alignment and breathing. Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

Zumba workout with Carol combines fun, high-energy dance moves with more traditional exercises like squats and arm curls. Throughout the routine, moves are performed to upbeat music selections, including merengue, salsa, mambo, flamenco and hip-hop. The tempo alternates between slow and fast, and most classes begin with a warm-up session and finish with a cool-down period. No experience is needed to join.

Freedom Barre is a ballet-inspired strength, flexibility and balance workout. Freedom Barre uses a ballet aesthetic to combine the key elements you need for a fully toned and balanced body: Strength, Flexibility and Balance.
Bonnie is an AFAA Certified group fitness instructor, Certified Zumba Instructor, Certified Bang Instructor, Certified Barre Instructor, Certified Step Instructor, and Certified Aqua Instructor, and a High Intensity Interval Training Instructor (H.I.I.T.). Bonnie’s positive energy is so contagious, it makes her classes feel like a party!
Zumba Classes with Elby is a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You will forget you are working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha Cha, salsa, reggaeton, merengue and more. Best of all; you don’t need any previous dance experience!

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling.
