Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class you can purchase a class pass. Gentle Yoga with Karen P. is a class for students who are new to yoga or who prefer a slower-paced class that combines strengthening and stretching. Focus is on body awareness, alignment principles, moving with the breath, and an introduction to Yoga philosophy.

Karen Papanicolas has a track record of successful teaching in Yoga and has been teaching people of all ages for  over three decades. She is a Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level, and CPR Certified.

Melanie Psaltakis is a Certified AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor and Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), with over 2500 teaching hours. She’s also completed the 100-hour YogaFit Warrior Program   (trauma  sensitive specialty) and 108-hour Anusara Yoga   Immersion Program.
