Getting started on your journey at MorFIT Gym is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for you to use. All classes are open to MorFIT Gym Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class, you can purchase a class pass. If you are looking to join the MorFIT family, check out our monthly membership options.

Jill Moot teaches “a slower-paced” Hatha-based Vinyasa style of yoga that is a fitness-inspired program designed to build strength, flexibility and improve overall balance. Her goal for participants is to lead a safe yet fun practice, where they feel better both mentally and physically by the end of the class.

CYCLEPOP UP CLASS with Anne is a low-impact high-intensity cardio workout. Cycling also works your core and lower body muscles (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves & shins). One of her favorite aspects of indoor cycling is that participants are in control of their own intensity & speed–so indoor cycling is for all levels of fitness.

Vinyasa Yoga is an evenly-paced flow of postures that builds strength, steadiness, flexibility, and a conscious mind-body connection. TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING with Val is one of the most effective types of high-intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.

Valeria Mena is from Costa Rica. She has been a fitness trainer for 10 years and 5 years as a personal trainer. Also, Val has 9 years of Brazilian Jiu Jutsu experience.
