Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. Indoor cycling with Whitnee is a low-impact high intensity cardio workout. Cycling also works your core and lower body muscles (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves & shins). One of her favorite aspects of indoor cycling is that participants are in control of their own intensity & speed–so indoor cycling is for all levels of fitness.
BodyPump is an intense barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Bodypump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Sprint is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a bike. It’s 30 minutes of work where the goal is to get your heart rate up to 85% of it’s maximum for at least 20 minutes of the class. Sprint begins with a warm-up track to get your ready for several Tracks of hard work and ends with a cool down track and some stretching.
