Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class you can purchase a class pass. HIIT class / High Intensity Interval Training A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning  workout. This interval-based  class  combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.

Step Class  with Regina typically consists of sets of choreographed movements performed on a raised platform. The movements are accompanied by music and are designed to work the lower body, upper body, core and cardiovascular system. Time to get ready to sweat & have fun too! She got something for everyone! Lots of different types of music. Always fresh & full of energy!

Regina DiTullio  started teaching in 1995.  She   is an AFAA/NASM Certified Group Exercise Instructor,Certified Zumba Instructor specialized in Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba Classes, She is also a Certified Step Aerobics Instructor, Certified Johnny G Spinning Instructor, Jay Blahnik Cycling Instructor, Star Trac Precision Cycling Instructor, CPR Certified. and Urban Rebounding Instructor.
