Les Mills Body Pump with Jaimee is a 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.
Jaimee Wibberley is a Les Mills Body Pump Instructor and CPR/AED Certified. She believes that exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. Not a punishment for what you ate.
Zumba workout with Carol combines fun, high-energy dance moves with more traditional exercises like squats and arm curls. Throughout the routine, moves are performed to upbeat music selections, including merengue, salsa, mambo, flamenco and hip-hop. The tempo alternates between slow and fast, and most classes begin with a warm-up session and finish with a cool-down period. Indoor Cycling with Angie is a high energy workout on a stationary bike to awesome music for all fitness levels. Motivate the riders through hills, sprints and jumps on the bike.
Angie Pledger is a Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor and Certified Kickboxing Instructor. Students from her class can expect great music, lots of energy, heart pounding music, lots of fun.
Begin your yoga practice with a series of varied asanas each week to develop relaxation, flexibility, balance and strength. We then will do a series of yoga asanas in a flow sequence that challenge balance and focus, followed by a few standing yoga postures to build balance and ease. Finish off your practice back on the mat, lengthening and easing into total relaxation.

Sets and reps-a weight training class with Jeannine is all about utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, gliding discs and core balls. Exercises include compounds multi joint movements and some isolations. Class is appropriate for all fitness exercises.

Fusion Barre with Helaine is a fusion of yoga, pilates, strength training and ballet. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. All levels welcome. No previous dance or ballet needed.

Sprint is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a bike. It’s 30 minutes of work where the goal is to get your heart rate up to 85% of it’s maximum for at least 20 minutes of the class. Sprint begins with a warm-up track to get your ready for several Tracks of hard work and ends with a cool down track and some stretching.
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Inna will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

This circuit training class provides a full-body workout and consists of eight workout stations and one rest station. Your strength, conditioning, and mobility will be challenged in this one hour sweat session. KC’s Beatdown t is appropriate for all fitness levels and has been proven to improve cardiovascular health and total fitness. Get ready, get set, for a challenging and sweaty session where most participants burn anywhere from 500-1300 calories each class!
WHAT IS Core Strength? This class is ideal for everyone! Core training will strengthen your abs, glutes, and back muscles to reduce the risk of lumbar strain whilst improving tone, strength and stability through the abdominals and back.
HIIT class / High Intensity Interval Training A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.
CXWORX is a 30-minute total core workout using body weight exercises as well as resistance bands and weight plates to target your abs, obliques, hips, glutes, upper back, and lower back. All the moves have options so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Functional training at its finest to give you a strong core that makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports.
