Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class you can purchase a class pass. Body combat is a high energy martial arts inspired workout that is non contact. You punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in one class. No experience needed!
