Getting started on your journey at MorFIT Gym is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for you to use. All classes are open to MorFIT Gym Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class, you can purchase a class pass. If you are looking to join the MorFIT family, check out our monthly membership options.

Jeanine cycling class is a well thought cycle-specific out workout with a different objective each week. She works in the five different training zones and explore how the body responds to each. The music is especially selected to provide motivation and the proper cadence for the work being done.

Jeanine always come prepared with a different plan each week. You will never get bored by doing the same routine week after week, and you will continue to make gains.

The music and cues motivate you as we ride through a variety of “terrain”. We will climb up hills, sprint through flats and work through drills that will test your strength and endurance. Step Class  with Regina typically consists of sets of choreographed movements performed on a raised platform. The movements are accompanied by music and are designed to work the lower body, upper body, core and cardiovascular system. Time to get ready to sweat & have fun too! She got something for everyone! Lots of different types of music. Always fresh & full of energy!

Regina DiTullio  started teaching in 1995.  She   is an AFAA/NASM Certified Group Exercise Instructor,Certified Zumba Instructor specialized in Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba Classes, She is also a Certified Step Aerobics Instructor, Certified Johnny G Spinning Instructor, Jay Blahnik Cycling Instructor, Star Trac Precision Cycling Instructor, CPR Certified. and Urban Rebounding Instructor.
