“My goal is to design classes that are energetic, fun & challenging. I love integrating a wide variety of musical genres into class profiles. The music and cues motivate you as we ride through a variety of “terrain”. We will climb up hills, sprint through flats and work through drills that will test your strength and endurance. And most importantly, we will have fun!” – Michele
