Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class you can purchase a class pass. Indoor cycling with Whitnee is a low-impact high intensity cardio workout. Cycling also works your core and lower body muscles (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves & shins). One of her favorite aspects of indoor cycling is that participants are in control of their own intensity & speed–so indoor cycling is for all levels of fitness.
