Getting started on your journey at MorFIT Gym is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for you to use. All classes are open to MorFIT Gym Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class, you can purchase a class pass. SPRINT™ with Karolina is short but highly effective. SPRINT™ is a short and revolutionary style of fitness training. The thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. SPRINT™ is a high intensity, low impact group cycling fitness class, and is scientifically proven to get you rapid weight loss results.
Karolina Webb is AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. Certified Bodypump Instructor, Certified CXWORX Instructor, Certified BodyFlow Instructor, Certified Cycle and Spin Instructor, Certified Bootcamp Instructor, and Certified SPRINT Instructor.
Anna has been teaching cycling classes at this location since 2017. She believes in incorporating high intensity interval training into the class, and using music to cue intensity and build in recovery.

Body sculpting (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Zumba with Helen is a fun and energetic, dance fitness class. She enjoys adding diverse music and routines that target specific muscles/areas of the body. She takes pride in creating an inclusive and supportive environment where you can dance out the stress, reach your goals, and burn a lot of calories! Modifications for different levels of intensity are also taught to students so that you can move at your own pace. It is important to note, that you do not have to be a “dancer” to take part in her class, anyone and everyone is welcome!
SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. The 30 minutes you put into a CYCLING SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

Yoga Class all levels – Focus on the classic poses, building on the basics with emphasis on alignment of the standing, sitting, and twisting poses.Detailed instruction will help you achieve a deeper reflection in asana and refine your relationship to your body with options to remain at one level or increase to the next.

CXWORX is a 30-minute total core workout using body weight exercises as well as resistance bands and weight plates to target your abs, obliques, hips, glutes, upper back, and lower back. All the moves have options so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Functional training at its finest to give you a strong core that makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports.
BODYPUMP class with Whitnee is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Whitnee will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BodyPump is a total body barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Jill Moot teaches “a slower paced” Hatha-based Vinyasa style of yoga that is a fitness-inspired program designed to build strength, flexibility and improve overall balance. Her goal for participants is to lead a safe yet fun practice, where they feel better both mentally and physically by the end of the class.
