Getting started on your journey at MorFIT Gym is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for you to use. All classes are open to MorFIT Gym Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class, you can purchase a class pass. If you are looking to join the MorFIT family, check out our monthly membership options.

Sprint begins with a warm-up track to get your ready for several Tracks of hard work and ends with a cool down track and some stretching.

Students should come prepared to max out all the work efforts to get the full benefit of the High-Intensity Training!
