Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. WHAT IS Core Strength? This class is ideal for everyone! Core training will strengthen your abs, glutes, and back muscles to reduce the risk of lumbar strain whilst improving tone, strength and stability through the abdominals and back.
HIIT class / High Intensity Interval Training A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.
Indoor cycling is a low-impact high intensity cardio workout. Cycling also works your core and lower body muscles (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves & shins).One of my favorite aspects of indoor cycling is that participants are in control of their own intensity & speed–so indoor cycling is for all levels of fitness.

BODYPUMP class with Whitnee is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Whitnee will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Step Class with Regina typically consists of sets of choreographed movements performed on a raised platform. The movements are accompanied by music and are designed to work the lower body, upper body, core and cardiovascular system. Time to get ready to sweat & have fun too! She got something for everyone! Lots of different types of music. Always fresh & full of energy!
Regina DiTullio started teaching in 1995. She is an AFAA/NASM Certified Group Exercise Instructor,Certified Zumba Instructor specialized in Zumba Toning and Aqua Zumba Classes, She is also a Certified Step Aerobics Instructor, Certified Johnny G Spinning Instructor, Jay Blahnik Cycling Instructor, Star Trac Precision Cycling Instructor, CPR Certified. and Urban Rebounding Instructor.
Gentle Yoga with Melanie is a class for students who are new to yoga or who prefer a slower-paced class that combines strengthening and stretching. Focus is on body awareness, alignment principles, moving with the breath, and an introduction to Yoga philosophy.
Melanie Psaltakis is a Certified AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor and Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), with over 2500 teaching hours. She’s also completed the 100-hour YogaFit Warrior Program (trauma-sensitive specialty) and 108-hour Anusara Yoga Immersion Program.
CXWORX is a 30-minute total core workout using body weight exercises as well as resistance bands and weight plates to target your abs, obliques, hips, glutes, upper back, and lower back. All the moves have options so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Functional training at its finest to give you a strong core that makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports.

Jill Moot teaches “a slower paced” Hatha-based Vinyasa style of yoga that is a fitness-inspired program designed to build strength, flexibility and improve overall balance. Her goal for participants is to lead a safe yet fun practice, where they feel better both mentally and physically by the end of the class.

Les Mills Body Pump with Jaimee is a 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.
Jaimee Wibberley is a Les Mills Body Pump Instructor and CPR/AED Certified. She believes that exercise is a celebration of what your body can do. Not a punishment for what you ate.
Zumba workout with Carol combines fun, high-energy dance moves with more traditional exercises like squats and arm curls. Throughout the routine, moves are performed to upbeat music selections, including merengue, salsa, mambo, flamenco and hip-hop. The tempo alternates between slow and fast, and most classes begin with a warm-up session and finish with a cool-down period. No experience is needed to join.

Indoor Cycling with Angie is a high energy workout on a stationary bike to awesome music for all fitness levels. Motivate the riders through hills, sprints and jumps on the bike.
Angie Pledger is a Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor and Certified Kickboxing Instructor. Students from her class can expect great music, lots of energy, heart pounding music, lots of fun.
Sets and reps-a weight training class with Jeannine is all about utilizing dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, gliding discs and core balls. Exercises include compounds multi joint movements and some isolations. Class is appropriate for all fitness exercises.
Jeannine always come prepared with a different plan each week. You will never get bored by doing the same routine week after week, and you will continue to make gains.
