Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class you can purchase a class pass. Sprint is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a bike. It’s 30 minutes of work where the goal is to get your heart rate up to 85% of it’s maximum for at least 20 minutes of the class. Sprint begins with a warm-up track to get your ready for several Tracks of hard work and ends with a cool down track and some stretching.
