Getting started on our journey at MorFIT is easy! We have over 50 group classes to choose from and over 100 weight and cardio machines for your use. All classes are open to MorFIT Members to attend. If you are not a MorFIT member and would like to attend a class you can purchase a class pass. Karen Papanicolas has a track record of successful teaching in Yoga and has been teaching people of all ages for over three decades. She is a Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level, and CPR Certified.
